Knowing the news of the opening factory in Acton, as far as I am concerned, I object to it. Some consider it a progress to the town, while they don’t think of the damage it will bring to the surroundings. To begin with, with the coming of new people, the town will become more crowded. Also, the original may get nervous about the new ones and feel uneasy with them. Additionally, a factory never runs without giving out environmental pollution. For instance, smoke emissions may affect humans’ health and change climate; polluted water may arouse the epidemic or diseases; industrial noise may bring about permanent hearing problems of people. Judging from these negative effects, I am opposed to opening a factory in there.
